Refund Policies

RETAIL SHOPS AND WEBSITE: Please contact us at info@projectmatebar.com we will create the best situation to satisfy your customer needs. We will refund your payment when product is return in good condition:   30 days on accessories and 14 days on bulk teas and other product with shelf life.  Shipment for returns are paid by customer.

WHOLESALERS & DISTRIBUTORS: We are here to make you happy. We will always work together in any situation however we work with suppliers and will have to be accountable for our orders as well. We refund in full payments if cancellation is made 48hrs after order is placed and agreed by both parts.

It is considered that an agreement was establish, and an order is placed,  between parts, when product and company documentation required is approved,  terms of payment are determined, priced is agreed and/or in the event of first orders the credit of full payment for the order is received by Project Mate Bar LLC.  Any other special requests must be agreed on before payment.

*Wholesalers must contact us directly at 561 926 0605 to stop shipment within 24hrs of order. (*When order originates in the USA)
